The Story Behind the Story
I never planned to become a novelist.
Love in Harmony began with a letter, then a scene, then a question—and somewhere along the way, Harmony Creek became a place I could hear, feel, and return to.
I’m a first-time novelist with a background in systems, music, and project work, and I tend to see stories the same way I see everything else: as interconnected pieces that only work when the details matter.
Love in Harmony is built around those details—the pauses between words, the way people misread each other, the weight of old wounds, and the quiet moments when connection begins to change everything.
This is a slow-burn contemporary romance, but it is also a story about coming home, rebuilding, community, friendship, grief, and learning whether being enough was ever the right question in the first place.
Harmony Creek started in my imagination.
I hope, by the time you leave, part of it feels like home to you too.
